BLYSTAD

Anders Blystad is a guitarist in the genre modern folk and draws inspiration from artists such as Nick Drake, Robbie Basho, Jack Rose and others. On various spell-tuned guitars, both 6- and 12-string, he composes subtle and delightful songs that take the listener on a meditative and mystical journey. The music has air and intensity, light and shadow, and moves slowly forward like calm waves.

With him is Ola Mile Bruland on double bass and Katrina Sjøberg on vocals. Both from the eminent band Actionfredag. The debut album released 17. January 2025 on PPXP Records, and we promise a cosmic and spiritual musical journey!
